Arguing about parking space, female driver pepper sprays pho restaurant owner
In response to Ms. Binh parking her car in front of the shop, a scuffle broke out between the two sides. Having her helmet thrown at her car, Ms. Binh took out a pepper spray canister and sprayed it directly at the people around her.
Police of Ward 4, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province are investigating and handling according to regulations the case of a female driver using pepper spray on a crowd while arguing with a pho restaurant owner.
At around 7:35 a.m. on August 29, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh (41 years old, residing in Dao Thanh commune, My Tho city) drove a car with license plate number 63A-003.66 to park at the beginning of Yersin street in ward 4, My Tho city and went into a roadside cafe.

Not long after that, the owner of the pho and milk tea shop next door came to ask Ms. Binh to move her car to another place to park because Ms. Binh's parking made it difficult for many customers to get in and out of the pho shop.
The argument between the two sides led to a fight, the pho restaurant employee threw a helmet at Ms. Binh's car, causing damage. In response to the pho restaurant employee, Ms. Binh took out a pepper spray can from her bag and sprayed it directly at the people around her.

The incident caused many people in the pho restaurant to cough and run away. Ms. Pham Thi Minh Hieu (38 years old), the owner of the pho restaurant, fainted because she was standing nearby.
The incident is being investigated by the authorities.
