After receiving 100 million VND from the store employee, the subject took the money and ran away but was controlled by Duc Giang Ward Police, Long Bien District 113 Police and local residents.
The subject's identity was later clarified as Bach Quoc Huy (born 1991), residing in group 25, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district (Hanoi).
Currently, Long Bien District Police are consolidating the case file and handling the subject according to the law.
