Nghe An Mobile Police Officer Awarded 'Beautiful Youth' 2020
(Baonghean.vn) - Among the 27 faces receiving the "Beautiful Youth" Award, there is Mr. Pham Van Hoi, the only representative of Nghe An to receive this award.
On the evening of October 11, at the Central Vietnam Youth Academy (Hanoi)Vietnam Youth UnionOrganized the 64th Anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's Traditional Day, awarded the "October 15" Award and the "Beautiful Youth" Award in 2020.
Among the 27 faces receiving the "Beautiful Youth" Award, there is Mr. Pham Van Hoi, the only representative of Nghe An to receive this award.
Mr. Pham Van Hoi was born on September 14, 1985, and is currently the Captain of the Mobile Police Company, Mobile Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police.

According to the Award Council, he was the one who developed plans and seriously and effectively organized and implemented emulation movements and campaigns such as: "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", "The People's Public Security Forces forget themselves for the country and serve the people"; "The People's Public Security Forces study and practice the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho".
In his professional work, he directed and directly participated in 741 patrols, detected 298 crimes, arrested 416 subjects; seized evidence including: 18 heroin cakes weighing 6,408.71 grams, 1,437 grams of crystal meth, 01 grenade...
Mr. Pham Van Hoi was also the one who organized and directed the force and directly controlled and arrested them.Subject Luong Van Luu, residing in Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district, while illegally transporting 676.06 grams of crystal meth, 113 grams of synthetic drugs, and 0.51 grams of heroin in August 2019.
