That is one of the instructions of the Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An in Official Dispatch No. 4370/UBND-TD dated May 20, 2025 on the use of the National Database System on complaints and denunciations.

Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 499/TTCP-TTTT dated March 27, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate on instructions for verifying information of citizens making complaints and denunciations on the National Database System on complaints and denunciations, the Provincial People's Committee requests Departments, branches, sectors; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to thoroughly educate cadres and civil servants using the National Database System on complaints and denunciations not to commit acts of intentionally causing damage or leaking information in the National Database on Population.
At the same time, do not arbitrarily access, perform functions beyond the authority, exploit, attack or take advantage of security issues and weaknesses in connection to the National Population Database. Officials and civil servants are responsible for protecting information during use, storage and transmission against unauthorized access and use.

Officials and civil servants are responsible for ensuring the security of information received and exploited from the National Population Database, and taking measures to ensure that information is not disclosed, used, stored, simulated or copied for personal purposes.
Immediately notify the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order when discovering issues that may cause insecurity, information security and confidentiality.
