Officials and civil servants of the Department of Finance "Join hands in administrative reform"

The contest had the participation of 4 teams from 8 specialized departments and the Financial Consulting Support Center under the Department of Finance. The contest took place with 3 parts: presentation, fashion, and games.

Candidates answered questions related to regulations on office culture, level 4 online public services, the 4.0 revolution, the application of information technology and improving the quality and value of websites in disseminating administrative procedures; results of implementing the province's administrative reform pilot unit at the Department of Finance, etc.

The contest aims to promote propaganda work, affirm the determination, sense of responsibility, and understanding of the officials, civil servants, and public employees of the Department of Finance in administrative reform work. The Department of Finance is one of 7 units selected by the Provincial People's Committee as a pilot unit to implement the project on administrative reform of the province.

Through this, the contest also creates an environment for cadres, civil servants and public employees to exchange and learn experiences in communication and behavior, improve awareness, responsibility as well as quality and efficiency in the process of performing public duties of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees to successfully complete assigned tasks; create a strong influence in implementing administrative reform in a positive, practical and effective direction, meeting the satisfaction of people and businesses.
