The conclusion about the violations of high-ranking officials proves that the Party and State do not just talk but do their work thoroughly.

Following the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission on the results of the inspection when there were signs of violations against Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City in the press, Mr. Do Van An - former Head of the Government Cipher Committee said that he was very sad to hear that a party member, a senior official, had committed serious violations that required disciplinary action.

According to Mr. Do Van An, the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee is very accurate and timely. As a member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee - a very important city of the country, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh did not set an example, allowing serious violations and shortcomings to occur, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and individuals, causing resentment among cadres, party members and the people.

The declaration and use of degrees that are not in accordance with regulations, dishonest, violate the standards of Party Committee members and regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do; and lack of exemplary behavior in receiving and using cars donated by enterprises have affected the Party's reputation.

"As a party member and the city leader, one must wholeheartedly serve the people, diligently care for them, and put the interests of the people and the country first. However, there is a lack of exemplary behavior. I think strict discipline is needed," said Mr. Do Van An.

Welcoming the announcement of the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee, the former Head of the Government Cipher Committee said that the Party's inspection agency has acted in accordance with the spirit of the 12th Central Executive Committee, which is to not exclude anyone and have no forbidden areas in handling violating officials. This conclusion has proven that the Party and State do not just talk, but have done their work thoroughly. This is a very encouraging sign in the fight against negativity.

"It can be said that such a conclusion is very fair, courageous, without any respect or avoidance, and completely stands on the side of the people's interests" - Mr. Do Van An shared more.

Sharing the same view, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Trong Phuc, former Director of the Institute of Party History, said this was a positive sign, although no one wanted violations to occur leading to party members, especially those holding important positions, being disciplined.

The participation of the Central Inspection Commission in coordination with local party organizations to draw conclusions has met the expectations of the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire society towards the highest goal of making the Party truly clean and strong, meeting the development requirements of the country.

Recently, many opinions have said that in many violations, the leaders seem to be "innocent". However, the strong and drastic actions of the Central Inspection Committee recently can be considered the clearest answer to the Party's statement that there are no forbidden zones, no exceptions for any subject when committing violations, especially leaders as well as retired senior officials.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Trong Phuc said that the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee at the 17th session once again specified the issue of handling violations, especially those of leaders, based on solid foundations such as Party regulations, Resolutions of the 4th Central Committee of the 11th and 12th terms, 19 things that Party members are not allowed to do... and especially the set of criteria and standards that the Politburo has just issued for cadres under the management of the Secretariat.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Phuc said that the criteria and standards must be considered as a document to review and evaluate cadres; and also as a basis for considering and disciplining cadres who commit violations, including those still in office as well as those who have retired.

“Our Party has expressed a very clear and early viewpoint that it is necessary to strengthen the Party's inspection and discipline work. Without inspection, it is considered as without leadership. This is a very important and consistent viewpoint. However, I want to emphasize that the responsibility of inspection must also be the task of the head of the Party organization and the government. If these departments really get involved, it will definitely be effective. Party members and cadres, regardless of their position, cannot hide their mistakes," the former Director of the Institute of Party History analyzed.

In recent times, it can be said that the activities of the Party's inspection agency have had assessments, comments and conclusions that are completely consistent with the Party's current rectification policy. Those actions have educational, deterrent and warning meanings for other cadres not to disregard Party discipline and State laws, each person must consciously follow the framework, and thus the strength of the Party, the government and the entire political system will be consolidated./.
