Mr. Le Tien Chau:To build the great national unity bloc, in 2022 we will continue to have new directions, focusing on accompanying the Government and authorities at all levels to effectively implement the Resolution of the National Assembly and the Resolution of the Government on economic recovery, according to a new strategy of safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 pandemic. In particular, focusing on launching practical emulation movements to recover and develop the economy. In implementing Resolution 43 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the implementation and recovery of socio-economic development.

Second, focus on social supervision and criticism with methods and choices appropriate to one's capabilities, choose key tasks, issues that people and businesses are concerned about, and through that supervision and criticism, report to the Party to coordinate with the government to resolve people's concerns.

Third, we innovate the work of synthesizing and gathering voters' and people's opinions and recommendations to reflect to the Party and especially will present those opinions and recommendations at the National Assembly forums, on that basis, there will be solutions to remove and resolve the requirements.

Fourth, focus on building a team of cadres of the Front system and member organizations to promote the strength of the entire system and the strength of 48 members, creating a combined strength in work.

Mr. Le Tien Chau:We continue to innovate in propaganda work, mobilizing people to implement the Government's new strategy, focusing on safety, flexibility, and effective control, so that people cannot be negligent and subjective, because the epidemic will continue to be very complicated. If people are not aware of protecting themselves and do not fully implement 5K + vaccines, the strategies will face difficulties.

Secondly, we launch emulation movements and campaigns so that people and businesses can actively participate in economic recovery and make the most of the National Assembly's Resolution on fiscal and monetary policies. Within our functions and tasks, we will organize monitoring activities to identify and detect bottlenecks and difficulties in the implementation process, and report them to the Party and authorities at all levels for joint solutions.

PV: NOver the past years, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has increasingly promoted its role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people. In 2022, what solutions will the Vietnam Fatherland Front have to continue to demonstrate this role, sir?

Mr. Le Tien Chau:It is important to regularly have appropriate forms to grasp the people's situation, receive and synthesize opinions and concerns of people and businesses to then report to competent authorities.

Besides, we monitor the implementation process of Resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, and the Government during the implementation process.

In addition, the Front also organizes dialogue activities between government agencies and people, and organizes voter contact activities between National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels more regularly, not just before and after sessions.

We will select urgent and prominent issues occurring in localities, incidents that are at risk of forming hot spots. The monitoring content also includes a topic of monitoring the exemplary implementation of the Party's Resolutions and Regulations for cadres and party members, especially key cadres.

PV:One notable content that the Fatherland Front will focus on monitoring in 2022 is monitoring the moral training and lifestyle of leaders, key officials, and cadres and party members. So how will the Front promote the role of the people to participate in monitoring, sir?

Mr. Le Tien Chau:The role of cadres and party members in setting an example is to set an example in work, in action, in life. If cadres and party members do not set an example, do not strictly comply with legal regulations, they may be able to fool the organization, fool the superiors, but they cannot fool the people. Because we have people everywhere, and when people are aware of their responsibility to contribute to the Party and the government, they will have many ways, many channels, to reflect.

We will build a system of information channels to facilitate people in detecting incorrect, substandard, and inappropriate actions, from which the Front system and member organizations will detect.
