(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 25th, the Central Party Secretariat held an online conference to review the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of 2015, looking back at the four years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example.

At the central meeting point were comrades: Le Hong Anh - Member of the Political Bureau, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee; Dinh The Huynh - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Nguyen The Ky - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.

At the Nghe An branch, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - chaired the meeting, with the participation of members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and representatives from various departments and agencies.

Overview of the conference summarizing the implementation of Directive 03.

Over the past four years, with an emphasis on the requirement to "follow through," the implementation of Directive 03 has made a positive contribution to the fulfillment of the political tasks of the sector, locality, and mass organizations. The implementation of the directive is gradually becoming systematic, becoming a conscious and practical effort, reducing superficiality and formality...

Furthermore, the implementation of the Directive has contributed to enhancing the responsibility of cadres and Party members, and the exemplary role of leaders. This is especially true in reforming working methods and styles, improving attitudes towards serving the people, creating positive changes in addressing urgent issues related to Party building, and contributing to overcoming the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle.

Many outstanding and pressing issues at the grassroots level have been initially resolved, contributing to strengthening the trust of cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party and the State. The implementation of Directive 03 has also contributed to gradually improving the quality of Party branch activities and the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations.

In Nghe An, through the implementation of Directive 03, the awareness of Party members and officials has undergone positive changes, contributing to raising their sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.

Through its implementation, the province has maintained numerous campaigns and movements of mutual support and compassion, contributing money and labor to help the poor; built economic development models such as large-scale model fields, mushroom cultivation, passion fruit cultivation, clean vegetable farming, and commercial cattle and buffalo farming; and strictly implemented Directive 17 on strengthening administrative discipline in agencies and units in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Hong Anh affirmed: “Last year was the year of holding Party congresses at the grassroots level. Many localities have implemented practical approaches in accordance with the spirit of Directive 03, contributing to the socio-economic development of their localities. However, some cadres and Party members still have an incomplete understanding of the directive's content and have not made "following the example" a regular practice. Setting a good example is still being underestimated, and there are still instances of cadres and Party members lacking exemplary conduct.”

In the coming period, it is necessary to continue raising awareness of the content of "following" in the directive. The Standing Committees of Party committees at all levels must consider this a central task of Party building work, linking the implementation of the Directive with the requirements of what Party members are not allowed to do and the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee.

The content of the Directive needs to be more closely linked to political tasks, Party building, and professional duties. Cadres and leaders are required to clearly identify areas where exemplary conduct is necessary, so that the people can monitor and follow their actions...
