Need to allocate enough resources to build standard kindergartens

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to prepare the content for the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly, on the afternoon of September 30, in Dien Ky commune, Dien Chau district, Mr. Pham Van Tan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province met with representatives of voters of 4 communes: Dien Ky, Dien Hong, Dien Thap and Dien Xuan.

Attending the meeting were representatives of a number of provincial departments; representatives of the District Party Committee, People's Council and Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Chau district.

Mr. Pham Van Tan - Head of the National Assembly Delegation reported to voters the expected content at the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly.

Entering the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly deputies in constituency No. 5, Mr. Pham Van Tan reported to Dien Chau voters the time and some important contents that will be discussed and developed at the upcoming session. Specifically, there are 19 issues related to law making that will be commented on and 29 draft laws will be passed; listening to the report assessing the results of the implementation of socio-economic programs and targets in 2015; passing the socio-economic targets in 2016; the results of the implementation of the 2015 state budget estimate and the 2016 estimate and the 2015-2010 period... In addition to the above contents, in this session, the National Assembly will establish and announce the 14th National Election Council; listening to and giving opinions on questions on some other important contents.

Representative of voters of Hamlet 7, Dien Ky Commune proposed to withdraw the suspended project for the Dien Ky Commune Trade and Service Complex.

Voter representatives of Hamlet 4, Dien Thap Commune proposed that land and resources should be allocated to build a kindergarten so that children under 4 years old can study.

Based on the suggestions of the National Assembly deputies, representatives of Dien Chau voters proposed to the National Assembly over 20 contents. Specifically, Dien Ky voters proposed that the commune has the Dien Ky Commercial Complex project invested by Tam Tri Manh Company, collecting dozens of hectares from the people, has allocated land for more than 5 years but has not implemented it, leaving it abandoned while people have no land for production, which is a great waste of land resources; the arrangement of the median strip on National Highway 1A through Dien Ky is too long, causing difficulties for people to travel and trade, although many proposals have been made but have not been resolved or adjusted; the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 1A is a big project but the road quality after handover is too low, many sections through Dien Chau district have sunk heavily;

Dien Thap commune has met the New Rural standards but does not have a kindergarten for children to study; currently, the demand for children from 2 to 4 years old is very high but the school facilities are not guaranteed; Dien Ky commune must be more active and determined in organizing the issuance of land use right certificates sold to people; the recent common university entrance exam did not ensure fairness because there were loose exam scores, with average and low-scoring candidates scoring high; the admission process and announcement of a school's benchmark scores are still slow...

Mr. Pham Van Tan - Head of the National Assembly Delegation explained and responded to the petitions and concerns of Dien Chau voters.

After listening to the opinions of voters, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Pham Van Tan acknowledged and accepted them; at the same time, he assigned a number of issues to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the People's Council of Dien Chau District to consider and resolve to respond to voters; the contents under the authority of the National Assembly and the province will be assigned to the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to synthesize and report to the National Assembly; the issues under the authority of the provincial level, the Delegation will have a document to forward to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
