Solutions needed for Nam Dan drought area
(Baonghean.vn)-This is the issue that voters of Nam Dan district (Nghe An) raised with National Assembly delegates and recommended that the State should have a policy to support drought-affected areas and encourage people to stabilize production.
On the afternoon of November 30, at Nam Nghia commune, National Assembly deputies: Tran Van Mao - Member of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh - officer of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs met with voters of Nam Hung and Nam Nghia communes, Nam Dan district.

Voter Nguyen Van Sy - Secretary of Party Cell 1, Nam Nghia, reflected that due to the weather, the semi-mountainous area has encountered many difficulties in recent years.
For example, the agricultural production area of Nam Nghia suffered from drought, causing crops and plants to wither and die. Therefore, voters want the State to support and have solutions for the drought-affected area to encourage people to stabilize production.
Concerned about the current situation of pig farms in Nam Hung commune causing pollution and seriously affecting the living environment of the people, voter Nguyen Manh Huong, Nam Hung commune, recommended that all levels and sectors take timely measures to ensure the environment and health of the people.
According to Mr. Huong, the slow progress of irrigation and power projects has significantly affected people's lives. Voters also asked the Government to pay attention and consider this.
Regarding the issue of administrative management, voter Tran Van Son, Nam Nghia commune, said that currently forestry management is overlapping. Therefore, voters proposed to the National Assembly to study and reform appropriately.
In addition, voters also reflected many other opinions such as: need for policies and projects to verify the graves of unidentified martyrs; resolve allowances for people with meritorious services, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs; road construction projects are slow and have not been resolved;...

For issues under the authority of the provincial and district levels, the provincial National Assembly delegation requested representatives of relevant departments, branches and leaders of Nam Dan district to explain.
The delegates also promised to fully absorb voters' feedback to report to the National Assembly, the Government, central and provincial ministries and branches for consideration and resolution in the coming time./.
