Attending the congress, many students gave speeches that "looked" directly at issues surrounding school culture. Student Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan, representative of the Delegation of the Preschool Faculty Association, said that currently there are many negative manifestations of communication, behavior, lifestyle, ideology, study... among students.
"Study and take exams for others is becoming more and more popular and familiar; students dress indecently, fall into theft..." - this female student said.

With the viewpoint: School culture is a component of the national education system, carrying the common color of national culture, student Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan proposed a number of measures to build a cultural school lifestyle for students.
Listening to and recording opinions at the congress, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union present at the congress agreed with the goals, key tasks, and slogans on all aspects of the Association's work.

On this occasion, the Congress also elected 15 members to the 7th Executive Committee of the Student Union for the 2018-2020 term.
