Attending the congress, many students gave presentations that "looked" directly at issues surrounding school culture. Student Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan, representative of the Delegation of the Preschool Faculty Association, said that currently there are many negative manifestations of communication, behavior, lifestyle, ideology, study... among students.

With the viewpoint: School culture is a component part of the national education system, carrying the common color of the national culture, student Nguyen Thi Kieu Loan proposed a number of measures to build a cultural school lifestyle for students.
Listening to and recording opinions at the congress, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union present at the congress agreed with the goals, key tasks, and slogans on all aspects of the Union's work.
