(Baonghean.vn) –While traveling on National Highway 1A, many people are frustrated by the sight of trucks loading goods in the middle of the road, causing traffic jams and obstructing traffic.

Many times while passing through Quynh Xuan commune, Quynh Luu district, we were truly surprised to see a passenger car brazenly parked in the middle of the road, loading goods right at a bend in the road.

On the morning of June 21st, upon reaching the aforementioned location, this passenger bus with a Bac Giang license plate stopped in the middle of the road again, casually opening its side door to load goods as if it were at a bus station, causing traffic congestion in both directions that lasted for 30 minutes.

This is a "black spot" where many fatal traffic accidents have occurred. We urge the authorities to strictly handle the illegal parking that causes traffic congestion as described above.
