Currently:Through monitoring on satellite cloud images, radar images, lightning location images, it shows that there is a convective cloud area in the provinces of Son La, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien. Rainfall measured in the past hour (from 22:30 to 23:30/07/07) in KT Muong La (Son La): 29mm, Muong Loi (Dien Bien): 11mm.
It is forecasted that in the next 3-6 hours, the above areas will continue to have rain. Rainfall in Son La will reach 30-60mm, in Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien it will reach 20-40mm.
