Warning about scams and providing false information about studying in Japan
The Embassy of Japan in Vietnam provides information to high school students to avoid being misled by study abroad companies.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just sent a dispatch to the principals of high schools in the area to warn about false information about studying abroad in Japan.
In a document dated November 12, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said it had received a dispatch from the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam regarding providing information to high school students to avoid inaccurate information being provided by study abroad companies.

Along with that, the embassy provides the official website address, with correct and updated information about studying in Japan for students intending to study in this country to refer to.
Students can find information about studying abroad on the website of the Embassy of Japan, see notes about brokerage centers or check the embassy's Facebook page.
The Department requires schools to provide information on the official websites of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam to parents and students in the entire school to avoid fraud and inaccurate information provided by study abroad companies.
In addition, schools need to carefully research information before communicating and cooperating with study abroad companies, and must have an official dispatch reporting to the department all of the school's foreign cooperation activities.
