(Baonghean.vn) - Warning of heavy rain and flooding in the North Central region from July 29 to August 2, 2015.
According to the North Central Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Station, due to the influence of a low-pressure trough with its axis passing through Northern Vietnam, connected to a low-pressure vortex developing from the ground up to 5000m over the Northeast region, the North Central region experienced widespread rain from July 25th to 28th. In the northern part of the region, there were areas with moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms.
