Nghe An traffic police promptly took stroke victim to emergency room
While performing patrol and control duties on National Highway 7C, through Nghi Loc district, Task Force No. 4, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, promptly took a person who had a stroke to the emergency room.
At around 10:30 a.m. on March 21, Task Force No. 4, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province, while performing patrol and control duties on National Highway 7C, through Nghi Kieu Commune, Nghi Loc District, a white pickup truck with license plate 37C-553.XX stopped right at the task force's duty point. A woman rushed to ask for help in a state of panic.
She said that while sitting in the car to move to Vinh City, her husband suddenly had a stroke, his mouth was crooked, he could not speak and his health was very bad.

Faced with the emergency, the task force quickly used a traffic police car to take Mr. Hoang, the stroke victim, to Nghe An Provincial General Hospital for timely emergency care.
After being given first aid, Mr. Hoang's health is now stable and is being closely monitored by doctors.
