(Baonghean.vn) - Along with patrolling, controlling, propagating, and reminding people to ensure safety when participating in traffic, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station organized to give many gifts to passersby.
On February 6 (December 27), Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province, arranged many working groups to organize the giving of nearly 50 Tet gifts to passersby, especially workers returning from work far away.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cong and his wife, traveling on the National Highway 1A bypass, through Hung Nguyen district, said: To save money, the couple decided to ride a motorbike from Lam Dong to their hometown in Do Luong. From afar, they saw the traffic police honking their whistles, thinking they had been caught in a violation, but when they greeted them warmly and invited them in to receive gifts, the couple couldn't help but be surprised, feeling warm and somewhat relieved from the fatigue after the long journey.

According to Major Hoang Manh Hung - Head of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province: This is the third year the unit has organized Tet gifts for traffic participants. All funds are voluntarily contributed by officers and soldiers of the Station. Through this activity, in addition to encouraging workers far from home to return home for Tet, it also aims to propagate and remind people to raise awareness when participating in traffic to ensure safety.
