Traffic police caught the car thief

When the traffic police inspected the vehicle 17A-062.02, there were many scratches and dents. Driver Dang Xuan Dong could not explain the cause. Through investigation, this car was stolen on the evening of January 12, 2017.

The working group conducted an inspection, verification, and clarified that the driver was Dang Xuan Dong, 32 years old, residing in Hamlet 6, Vu Dong Commune, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province. When inspecting the vehicle 17A-062.02, there were many scratches and dents on the right side of the vehicle. Driver Dang Xuan Dong could not explain the cause.

At the same time, during the inspection, Dong could not present a driver's license and could only present the vehicle registration, technical safety and environmental protection inspection certificate, and insurance certificate, all of which were for vehicle 17A-062.02.

Checking the vehicle, there was a debt comparison of Thanh Hong Company, so the working group contacted the company's phone number and learned that vehicle 17A-062.02 belonged to the company. This car was stolen on the evening of January 12, 2017. The company filed a report to Thai Binh City Police.

The working group then took the person, vehicle and related documents to Quang Ninh Provincial Police for investigation. That same afternoon, the company representative went to Quang Ninh Provincial Police to get the vehicle back.
