Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at around 2:00 a.m. on May 2, a fire broke out at the house of Mr. Le Tien Ngu (40 years old) and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cot (37 years old), residing in block 11, Quynh Xuan ward. The fire caused the death of Mr. Ngu and Mrs. Cot, and seriously injured their twin sons, Le Tien Dong and Le Tien Dieu (born in 1997). By 5:00 a.m. on the same day, the fire was basically extinguished, while Dieu and Dong were rushed to Hanoi Hospital due to their life-threatening condition on the morning of May 2.
