Police officer drags driver out of Ferrari 458 Spider and throws him onto road after he ignores ticket.

The video was recorded by a passerby in the parking lot in front of the Mercer Hotel in New York, USA. The incident started when a police officer was standing there writing a ticket for a red supercar, then the car owner appeared and the situation gradually became more complicated.

The owner of the red supercar was knocked down and handcuffed lying on the road.

After a few words and ignoring the officer, the man got into the car and tried to drive away. The police officer immediately put his foot in front of the wheel. The driver was then dragged out of the car, knocked down and handcuffed.

The incident became a big deal when the Ferrari's real owner, Julien Chabbott, a millionaire co-founder of Line Snob, a mobile phone application, was sued for "driving over a police officer's leg." But prosecutors later dropped the charges. According to GTspirit, Chabbott parked in the Mercer Hotel's parking area with the hotel's permission.
