Police arrest many people making drugs
Buying heroin for 200 million VND per cake, Tuan mixed it with chemicals in a ratio of 1-3 and then pressed it into a mold to sell.
On May 9, the Drug Crime Police Department (PC04) of Ho Chi Minh City Police arrested Le Thanh Tuan (38 years old), Tran Thien Bao (29 years old) and Ngo Van Hung (40 years old, residing in Hanoi) for the act ofDrug trafficking.

PC04 discovered a large drug ring in District 8 and Binh Chanh District run by Tuan. After a long period of surveillance, at the end of April, the police ambushed and arrested Tuan while he was delivering heroin to a customer on Nguyen Van Linh Street (Binh Chanh District).
Searching his house, the authorities found 20 heroin cakes, more than 10 kg of crystal meth, many devices used to mold drugs... Tuan admitted to taking drugs from Hung and then mixing them to sell to many agents in Saigon.
In the early morning of April 30, the police stopped the car driven by Hung at the intersection of Hau Giang - Kinh Duong Vuong (District 6). There were many kilograms of crystal meth and Ketamine in the car.
Bao was also arrested while delivering 5 kg of crystal meth to a customer on Tran Hung Dao Street (District 5).

The investigation agency determined that Hung took the drugs from Tinh Bien border gate (An Giang) to Ho Chi Minh City to sell to Tuan and Bao for 200 million VND per cake.
After receiving the goods, Tuan mixed them with other chemicals to make three cakes from one heroin cake. He designed a mold and pressed the mixture into finished drug cakes for sale.
The case is under further investigation.
