Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on September 26, because they suspected their husband, Mr. TVD (born in 1973), of having an affair with Ms. TTP (born in 1976, from the same Phu An commune), the three subjects went to Ms. P's house to beat her up.

Here, while Ms. P was breastfeeding her child in the house, Ms. Diep and her children rushed in and dragged her out to the street to beat her. In front of many people, these three subjects used scissors to cut Ms. P's hair and used red paint to paint her hair. Not stopping there, Ms. Diep also took off the victim's pants.

Seeing his wife being beaten and humiliated by Mrs. Diep and her children, Ms. P's husband jumped in to stop them but was unsuccessful. The actions of Mrs. Diep and her children only stopped when the police arrived at the scene.

In addition to her hair being cut short, the jealousy incident also left Ms. P with eye injuries and a concussion, and she is still being treated in the hospital.
