Updating knowledge for prestigious people among ethnic minorities in Nghia Dan district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 28, the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district organized a training course for prestigious people among ethnic minorities in 2023. Attending the training course were 80 delegates who are prestigious people in the district.
During the two days (June 28-29), delegates were informed about the current system of ethnic work policies; policies to support the preservation and development of ethnic minority culture; the 2018 Law on National Defense; laws on social insurance and related contents.
This is an annual activity, through which, it aims to encourage and create favorable conditions for prestigious people among ethnic minorities to promote their role in participating in communication, propaganda and mobilization activities for ethnic minorities to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, build the great national unity bloc; contribute to maintaining political security, order and social safety in the area and commune where many ethnic minorities live.
In addition, improve the knowledge, role and responsibility of individuals and their families in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; at the same time, together with local authorities, propagate, explain and mobilize ethnic communities to well implement ethnic policies, creating strong trust among ethnic minorities in the leadership of the Party, the management of the State and local authorities.
