If your subscription falls into this case, you just need to download and install the My Viettel application on your smartphone to supplement and standardize subscription information, with the following extremely simple and quick steps:
Step 1:Download and install the My Viettel application on your phone, via the following link:

Step 2:Log in to My Viettel application with your subscriber information, if you do not have an account, select"Register".
Step 3:In the main interface of the application, select the item"Other"in the menu bar below, then select to“Customer Information”.
Step 4:Select the red text“To add profile information, click here”and enter your full personal information (full name, date of birth, ID number, front and back photo of ID card and portrait photo).
After entering all the information, select confirm.“I certify that the information I have provided is correct.”, add personal signature to the section“Sign confirmation”and choose"Confirm"to send subscriber information to Viettel for appraisal.
Step 5: You will receive a notification“Registration request successful”If the process of updating information for your subscription is complete.
At this time, Viettel will check the information you just sent above and after the verification period:
In case the information is correct/sufficient: Viettel staff will approve, the customer will receive an approved message from number 155.
In case of incorrect/incomplete information or suspicious signs: Customers will receive a message of rejection from number 155.
