A 'fake' couple buying and selling heroin crashed their car into the police in an attempt to escape.

On June 19, 2021, Ky Son District Police (Nghe An) said that the unit had just dismantled a drug case and arrested two subjects for their actions.illegal drug trafficking

Previously, in the early morning of June 16, 2021, in Ta Ca commune, Ky Son, Ky Son district police coordinated with Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station, Drug Prevention Department (Nghe An Border Guard), Drug Prevention Team (Nghe An Customs Department) to simultaneously launch a drug case, arresting 02 subjects Duong Van Sang, born in 1973, residing in Tam Lanh commune, Phu Ninh district, Quang Nam province and Nguyen Thi Van, born in 1980, residing in Ba village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district for illegal drug trafficking, confiscated evidence of 01 Heroin cake weighing 371g.

During the arrest, the two subjects were very reckless and daring. When discovered, Nguyen Thi Van drove her car straight into the working group in an attempt to escape, while Duong Van Sang threw the drugs about 5 meters away to destroy the evidence. However, the two subjects were controlled by the Task Force and arrested with the evidence.

At the investigation agency, the subjects showed opposition and denied their crimes... But with the sharp expertise and extensive experience of the investigators, the above subjects had to bow their heads and admit their crimes.

Accordingly, thinking that the police were focusing on epidemic prevention work, the "fake couple" Sang and Thao discussed buying drugs to sell for profit and were arrested.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
