(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 19th, Dien Chau Police destroyed guns, toys, dangerous support tools, obscene video tapes and discs, and various types of fireworks that had been confiscated since 2016.

The confiscated items included 10 air guns, 50 homemade guns, 200 iron pipes, various types of knives and swords, 1,000 video tapes containing obscene content, 63.5 kg of various types of firecrackers, and many violent toys. The weapons, video tapes, and dangerous toys were disposed of by cutting them into small pieces or crushing them. The firecrackers were soaked in water and buried in pits under the supervision of relevant authorities.

This quantity was seized by the Dien Chau Police through administrative inspections as well as through public awareness campaigns and encouraging people to surrender the drugs from 2016 to the present.
