Do Ro suspension bridge was built in 2009 and put into use in 2010. Since then, it has been repaired once (in 2013). The bridge has a large traffic volume. In particular, it is an important gateway to communes such as Nghia Khanh (Nghia Dan district), Nghia Thai, Nghia Hoan, Nghia Dong (Tan Ky district) to connect with the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Many bars have completely popped out of the bridge. Ms. Ngo Thi Khoi, born in 1966, residing in Hamlet 6, Nghia Binh Commune, lives near this suspension bridge. She said that living near the bridge, she has witnessed many accidents caused by the deterioration of the bridge. "Almost a month ago, someone in the village broke his leg and was still in a cast. Mr. Le Thanh Chuong, residing in Minh Trung hamlet, Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district, said: "For more than 2 years now, I have been crossing this bridge every day. It has been degraded for more than a year but I have not seen any authorities repair it. The other day, I saw some people from the district come down to check it but it is still the same.
