The Khe Da Bridge project was started in November 2022 with the goal of ensuring convenient and safe travel for the people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the difficult mountainous region of Tan Ky district (formerly). However, to date, the bridge project remains unfinished.

Photo: Nhat LanAccording to a representative of the Tien Dong Commune People's Committee, the Khe Da bridge project aims to replace the Khe Da spillway, which is frequently flooded, disrupting traffic during the rainy season and affecting flood relief efforts in Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district (formerly); to ensure convenient and safe travel for the people and students; and to serve the needs of trade and production, contributing to socio-economic development and improving the lives of people in the beneficiary area. However, due to the project's delay, during typhoon No. 3 on July 22nd, Tien Dong commune had to mobilize forces to be on standby at the site to ensure the safety of vehicles and people passing through. The representative of the Tien Dong Commune People's Committee also informed that, following a voter's request at the 31st session of the Provincial People's Council, the delay in the Tien Dong bridge project was reported and requested by the commune's leadership to the competent authorities to pay attention and direct the construction unit to expedite completion to meet the investment objectives.
