The 371 billion VND crossroads overpass in Nghe An has opened.
(Baonghean.vn) - After more than 2 years of construction, the overpass over National Highway 1A in Cau Giat town (Quynh Luu, Nghe An) has been completed and opened to traffic.
The opening ceremony for this overpass is expected to be held on January 20.
This is a project connecting National Highway 48B to Lach Quen port, through National Highway 1A, with a length of 12.13km, of which the starting point is at Km0+00 (National Highway 48B, Lach Quen port) in Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district; the end point is at Km12+500 (National Highway 48B) intersecting with the turnoff to Cau Giat station, in Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district.
The overpass is permanently designed with reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, design load HL93, clearance height 4.75m, bridge width 9m, width of the access road on both sides of the bridge 2 x 7m, total length 634m.
The project has a total investment of 371 billion VND.

Mr. Tran Nguyen Ha - Director of the Cienco4 Package Management Board said that during the construction process, the project encountered difficulties in handing over clean land.
Today, there are still about 4,000 m2The road surface is being prepared for concrete paving, however, vehicles can now pass through easily, reducing traffic congestion and accidents on the route and on National Highway 1A.
