Late payment of insurance for employees, business in Nghe An fined 180 million VND

In the Penalty Decision No. 45/QD-XPHC dated May 29, it is stated that 479 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company (located at 54 Nguyen Du Street, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City) committed 2 administrative violations:

First act, 479 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company delayed paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 408 employees by March 31, 2025.

For the above violation, the company was fined 150 million VND. Regarding remedial measures, 479 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company was forced to pay the full amount of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance, which is more than 10.4 billion VND. Along with that, the company must pay interest equal to 2 times the average social insurance fund investment interest rate of the previous year, calculated on the amount and time of late payment.

Second, Hoa Binh 479 Joint Stock Company delayed paying health insurance for 408 employees required to participate in health insurance by September 30, 2024. For this act, the company was fined 30 million VND.

Thus, the fine that 479 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company must pay to the Nghe An provincial budget is 180 million VND.
