Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has just signed a decision to administratively sanction Joint Stock Company 412, with a fine of 165 million VND.
In the Penalty Decision No. 173/QD-XPHC dated November 11, it is stated that Joint Stock Company 412 committed 2 administrative violations:
First act, Joint Stock Company 412 delayed payment of mandatory social insurance and unemployment insurance for 52 employees by September 30, 2024.
For the above violation, the company was fined 150 million VND. Regarding remedial measures, Joint Stock Company 412 was forced to pay the full amount of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance of 860,207,154 VND. Along with that, the Company must pay interest equal to 2 times the average social insurance fund investment interest rate of the previous year calculated on the amount and time of late payment.
Second, Joint Stock Company 412 delayed paying health insurance for 52 employees required to participate in health insurance by September 30, 2024. For this act, the Company was fined 15 million VND.
Thus, the fine that 412 Joint Stock Company must pay to the Nghe An provincial budget is 165 million VND.
