At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced some results of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) related to the implementation of party discipline for cadres; the Central Committee decided to establish 8 inspection teams to supervise the inspection, prosecution, investigation, prosecution, and trial of serious corruption and economic cases in 20 localities across the country; issued a decision to inspect and supervise the declaration of assets for cadres under the management of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat...

Regarding the internal affairs of the industry, in May, the Party Organization and Building industry focused on reviewing and supplementing the planning of leadership and management staff for the 2015-2020 term and building the planning for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, many provinces and cities raised many practical issues. Some localities in Quang Nam, Da Nang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Ninh..., also recommended that the recruitment of cadres for Party building committees should be in the direction of recruiting cadres from the grassroots level, with experience in Party work; if recruiting students, it will cause difficulties in accessing and performing tasks.

Some localities also mentioned issues such as output for grassroots Youth Union Secretaries; standards for evaluating cadres; reviewing, including, and proposing cadre planning; arranging deputy positions of Party committees, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations; and unifying fields and agencies.

Based on the opinions of localities and the answers of the departments and offices of the Central Organizing Committee, concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming time.

Specifically, the departments and offices under the Central Organizing Committee continue to direct the timely implementation of projects assigned by the Central Government; at the same time, proactively respond to and promptly resolve difficulties and problems proposed and reflected by localities.

On the part of the Organizing Committees of localities and affiliated Party Committees, focus on advising Party Committees to effectively implement the Resolution of the Central Committee... (term XII), especially to overcome and correct after review. Strengthen inspection and rectify limitations and violations in Party building and organization work, creating trust and prestige for the Party.

Speed ​​up the work of planning cadres according to the process, ensuring quality. Proactively grasp the situation at the grassroots level to promptly detect and resolve, remove and overcome shortcomings, difficulties and limitations. Continue to participate in projects chaired by the Central Organizing Committee and send them to localities to contribute quality and methodical comments, demonstrating the intelligence of the local Party Committee.
