In October 2019, Mr. Duong Van Thai was elected Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province for the 2016-2021 term.

On October 14, 2020, at the 19th Congress of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Duong Van Thai was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2020-2025.

Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Dao Hong Lan

Ms. Dao Hong Lan was born in 1971, hometown in Tam Ky commune, Kim Mon district (now Kim Thanh district), Hai Duong province; master's degree in economics; senior political theory.

She has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Social Insurance; Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office - Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Since December 2014, she has held the position of Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

At the 12th National Party Congress, Ms. Dao Hong Lan was elected as an alternate member of the Party Central Committee.

In March 2018, she was transferred by the Politburo and Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Binh Thuan Provincial Party Secretary Duong Van An

At the first meeting of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Executive Committee, Mr. Duong Van An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of Can Tho City Party Committee Le Quang Manh

Mr. Le Quang Manh was born in 1974, from My Duc district, Hanoi, is a doctor of economics and senior political theory.

In May 2019, Mr. Le Quang Manh was transferred, mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Can Tho City Party Committee, term 2015-2020.

Before being transferred to Can Tho, he was Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.

On June 3, 2019, Can Tho City People's Council elected Mr. Le Quang Manh as Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, term 2016-2021.

On September 24, at the first conference, the 14th Can Tho City Party Committee elected Mr. Le Quang Manh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Can Tho People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang

Mr. Nguyen Van Quang was born on August 23, 1969, hometown Hai Phong, PhD in Law.

From 2018-2020, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang was transferred by the Politburo and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XIV, 2015-2020; then elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2015-2020, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

On October 11, 2020, the Politburo appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Thang to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and introduced him to be elected as Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On October 14, at the first conference of the 14th Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the 14th Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee Le Quoc Phong

Mr. Le Quoc Phong was born in 1978, from Hanoi; has a master's degree in biology and advanced political theory.

Mr. Phong has held positions such as: Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, President of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Association, Vice President of the Central Vietnam Student Association, Vice President of the Central Vietnam Student Association.

In January 2016, he was elected as an alternate member of the 12th Party Central Committee. He was then elected as First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union.
