The North Korean leader's wife is Ri Sol Ju. Very little information about this woman is currently made public.
Ri Sol Ju is believed to play a key role in many major, large-scale events in North Korea. She is also the head of the group of wives of North Korean officials. However, compared to her sister-in-law Kim Yo Jong, Ri has less influence over her husband.
Kim Jong Un is believed to have married Ri Sol Ju in 2009. By 2012, they had a daughter named Ju Ae. There are rumors that the North Korean leader has had another child.
