On the afternoon of January 8, in Hanoi, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization held a conference to implement the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.
Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary - Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member - Head of the Party Central Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Truong Thi Mai co-chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Mai Van Chinh announced Decision 645 of the Politburo, assigning comrade Dieu K'Re - Party Central Committee member - Deputy Head of the Central Highlands Steering Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Pham Minh Chinh presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Dieu K'Re on being entrusted by the Politburo with a new task.
Mr. Dieu K'Re is an ethnic minority cadre with basic training, growing up from the grassroots, having experienced many different positions and working environments, from local to central.
Throughout his work, he has always shown himself to be a man of courage, determination and will to strive for advancement; a cadre with pure moral qualities, modesty and simplicity, loved and respected by his comrades and colleagues in the agencies and units he has worked for.
Mr. Pham Minh Chinh believes that in his new position, Mr. Dieu K'Re will continue to inherit his achievements and experiences through different working periods; promote his capacity, intelligence, and strong political will, along with the contributions and support of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization's leadership to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking on accepting his new assignment, Mr. Dieu K'Re affirmed that this is an opportunity, an honor, and at the same time a great responsibility that the Party and State have entrusted him with.
Mr. Dieu K'Re affirmed that he will make efforts with the leadership and staff of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization to build a united collective, performing well the role of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization as an advisory body of the Central Executive Committee, directly and regularly the Politburo and the Secretariat on major policies, strategies and solutions in mass mobilization work./.
