Mr. Hoang Van Tra.

Mr. Hoang Van Tra was born on June 8, 1964, in Nghi Xuan commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An.

The third meeting day of the 7th Central Executive Committee Conference, term XII, on May 9, was chaired by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. At this meeting, the Party Central Executive Committee elected Mr. Hoang Van Tra - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 14th term of Phu Yen province to hold the position of member of the Central Inspection Committee, term XII.

He has a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in law. In 2014, while he was a member of the Central Inspection Committee, Mr. Hoang Van Tra was mobilized and appointed by the Central Committee to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee, term XV (2010-2015).

At the 16th Phu Yen Provincial Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term, Mr. Tra was re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

In November 2015, at the extraordinary meeting of the People's Council of Phu Yen province, he was elected Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term. He also assumed the position of Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Yen province, term XIV.
