Shocking truth about missing driver leaving blood stains on car

The blood stains on the car were determined to be caused by the taxi driver himself cutting his hand.

On November 20, the Criminal Police Department of Ninh Binh Province Police said that the working group of the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police was working with taxi driver Le Hong Quan, (31 years old), residing in So Thuong Street, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City, from Binh Duong Province to Ninh Binh to clarify the creation of a fake crime scene, causing difficulties in the search work of the authorities.

Previously, on November 14, the police received a report from local residents about the discovery in Muu Giap village, Gia Xuan commune, Gia Vien district (Ninh Binh) of an INNOVA car bearing the logo of Mai Linh Dong Do taxi company, license plate: 30A-329.19, left on the side of the road with the car doors locked.

Upon verification, the police found out that the car was driven by Mr. Le Hong Quan. The day before, Mr. Quan had transported passengers from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.

The man in dark clothes who appeared in the taxi area was Le Hong Quan.

The Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with functional units to examine the scene and found many blood stains on the taxi, along with a broken pair of sunglasses.

Initial investigation shows that this is a complicated case, with signs of murder and robbery. It is likely that the perpetrator committed the crime elsewhere and then moved to Ninh Binh province to conceal the crime.

Given the seriousness of the case, the Director and Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has directed the establishment of a special project to investigate and clarify the content of the case.

Taxi driver Le Hong Quan

During the investigation, it was determined that the victim had no conflict with anyone. Notably, images extracted from a citizen's camera recorded a pedestrian wearing dark clothes, wearing a mask and carrying a dark backpack near the scene near the taxi parking area, similar to the characteristics and appearance of taxi driver Le Hong Quan.

Using professional measures, the police determined that this was not a murder or robbery case and changed the direction of the investigation.

After 7 days of mobilizing maximum forces and means, synchronously deploying working measures, closely coordinating with the Criminal Police Department, professional units under the General Department of Police of the Ministry of Public Security and local police such as: Ha Nam, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Binh Duong, Ninh Binh Provincial Police discovered Le Hong Quan appeared in Can Tho City.

Immediately after that, the working group of the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police went inside. However, Quan had moved to Binh Duong province. At about 11:30 a.m. on November 20, the Criminal Police Department of Ninh Binh Province found Le Hong Quan while he was in Hamlet 1, Vinh Tan Commune, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province.

Initially, Le Hong Quan confessed that because he wanted to find a new life, on November 13, he drove a taxi with license plate 30A - 329.19 to Ninh Binh and parked at the entrance to Muu Giap village (Gia Xuan, Gia Vien) so that the company could easily find the car.

Then, Quan used a razor blade to cut his hand, causing blood to fall on the driver's seat, dashboard, and car floor. He broke his glasses and removed his cell phone SIM card and threw it in the car, creating a fake scene and leaving so that his family could not contact him and making it difficult for the Company and the Police to search.
