The Thai groom took his bride home by buffalo cart.
(Baonghean.vn) - This interesting wedding procession took place on March 28 in Cam Hoa village, Cam Son commune, Anh Son district (Nghe An) when the groom decided to pick up his bride using a familiar means of transportation in daily life, a buffalo cart.
This was the first time the people in the area had seen this wedding procession so many people came to watch and were excited.

The main characters of this buffalo-cart procession are the groom Lang Van Trung (born in 1984), and the bride is Tran Thi Viet Ha (born in 1986). During the welcoming ceremony, the bride and groom sat affectionately on the buffalo-drawn wedding cart. The cart was decorated with a heart-shaped coconut shell and colorful balloons, quite elaborate and eye-catching. Following were 7 beautifully decorated buffalo carts whose task was to transport guests from both families and friends in the village.

Talking to us, groom Lang Van Trung shared: This idea was decided by both of them just 2 days ago. Both Trung and his wife are from the same village, their houses are only about 500m apart, so the procession by buffalo cart is very close to the rural life of the villagers.
