Nguyen Dinh Hoang Thang was born into a poor family in the village of Thinh Thanh (Yen Thanh). The family has 4 siblings, his parents are farmers, his father is a seriously disabled veteran, with poor health. His parents died when he was in college. The family was so poor that "looking around the house there was nothing worth 50,000 VND". He alone with two empty hands, "supported" the family, with 3 younger sisters who were all of school age.

The hard life gradually formed in the young man the consciousness to strive, study hard and work to pay for his studies and take care of his younger siblings. The poor student at the University of Transport at that time had to do many jobs to make a living.

Talking about the time of struggling to make a living in the capital, Mr. Thang shared: “At that time, I did whatever job that could make money, without any hesitation; from buying and selling computer equipment, motorbikes... to cooperating with friends to open a private clinic, trading wood...”. He went to school and worked alone, but not only did he ensure his own life but also supported his younger sisters' education. With a wealth of practical experience and the ability to quickly adapt to the work environment, after graduating from university and working for a short time, Mr. Thang was assigned the position of project manager at Vinashin Shipbuilding Company. Two years later, he moved to work at a company specializing in mining and processing ore as deputy director. Having gone through many different job positions, not only did he enrich himself with his rich professional knowledge and skills, but Mr. Thang also had a source of income that many new graduates dream of. Thanks to that, he took care of his three younger sisters' studies, graduated from university and became successful. That success is also the greatest happiness of an older brother, taking care of the whole family on behalf of his parents.

After many years of working in the market, with the accumulated capital, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoang Thang chose for himself a career development direction in the right field of construction that he was trained in, which is his strength and passion. In 2010, he chose Vinh City to start a business and established Tan Thang Construction Joint Stock Company located in Vinh Tan New Urban Area, Vinh Tan Ward (Vinh City). The company specializes in constructing civil engineering works, houses, roads, railways...

He started his business at the age of 26, had few business relationships and the most difficult thing was that the investment capital was only nearly 2 billion VND. On the other hand, Nghe An market is fiercely competitive, especially in the construction field. Mr. Thang oriented his development by starting with small projects, especially focusing on quality, creating trust for customers; boldly borrowing investment capital and gradually expanding relationships; approaching industries and fields that are investing heavily in infrastructure such as banking, education... with appropriate incentive policies.

The initial steps of starting a business were full of difficulties, but the young man with great ambition always believed that "if you don't give up, you will still have a chance".
