Strange substance spilled on Ho Chi Minh road through Nghe An, giving off a strong stench
(Baonghean.vn) - A 70m long section of Ho Chi Minh road, running through Nghia Trung commune (Nghia Dan district), was dumped with a strange substance that gave off a foul smell.
The above situation occurred on the morning of April 19, 2020, on the Ho Chi Minh trail through Nghia Trung commune (Nghia Dan district). A strange, black, viscous substance, similar to waste oil, overflowed on both sides of the road and even flowed into the drainage ditch.
Not only does it make vehicles slippery, the thick black substance also gives off a strong foul smell.

Phan Anh Quang, a motorcyclist who passed this section of road, said he often passes this section of road but only saw it today. "It stinks terribly, cars passing by splash black water on me and motorbikes passing nearby, making me shiver. Moreover, I don't dare drive fast for fear of slipping," said Phan Anh Quang.
