Mr. Hung, Sang's father, said: After 2 days of monitoring, the doctors saw that the 4 marbles did not move after entering the small intestine, so they postponed the second surgery because Sang's health was too weak. On the night of April 20, the doctors decided to let him eat and drink again because the stomach ulcer showed signs of good progress, then gave him medicine to loosen his intestines.
If the balls still don't come out during the night or morning of April 21, then consider surgery. Luckily, this morning, all 4 balls came out through the anus.
Mr. Hung excitedly wrote on his personal page: “7 days have passed, the whole family has been living in anxiety. Thank you to the doctors who have enthusiastically treated me, thank you to my brothers, friends, colleagues and everyone who has cared for, followed and encouraged me. Now I just hope that I will recover soon and go home. Through this, I also hope that everyone will not let their children get into the same situation as mine.”

As reported, Nguyen Huu Tuan Sang (1.5 years old) swallowed a magnetic ball during his school break at home. On April 13, seeing him vomit violently, suspecting food poisoning, his family took him to Do Luong General Hospital for examination. Here, after taking an X-ray for examination, it was discovered that in his stomach there were 13 marbles in a long row.
From Do Luong, Sang was transferred to the Children's Hospital - Nghe An. After 2 days of resuscitation, he was transferred to the Children's Hospital - Hanoi.
On April 18, the child had laparoscopic surgery to remove 9 marbles, the remaining 4 have not been removed yet. The doctor said that because the child's health is too weak, the surgery could not last more than 4 hours. In the coming days, if these 4 marbles do not come out through the anus, further surgery may be required.
