Fire in parking lot near airport, 3 cars burned down
Fire raged, black smoke billowed high in the parking lot near the airport. Many people panicked and ran away.
At around 9:30 this morning, a car parking lot on Thang Long Street (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City), near Tan Son Nhat Airport, suddenly caught fire.

The fire was raging and smoke was billowing. Many people inside the parking lot panicked and ran away.
Many mini fire extinguishers were mobilized by parking lot staff and surrounding residents to put out the fire but were unsuccessful.
Upon receiving the news, local authorities quickly arrived to cordon off the scene and assist in firefighting.
Ho Chi Minh City Fire Police dispatched many fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to extinguish the fire.
The fire burned down three cars in the parking lot, with no casualties.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
