At that time, some people smelled a burning smell and went out to see smoke coming from the warehouse. When approaching, the owner of the facility discovered that the fire was starting from the seafood storage warehouse, the fire was growing strongly and had the potential to spread to the adjacent workshop.
As it was close to Tet, the amount of goods stored in the warehouse was very large. The owner of the facility immediately called Fire Police Department No. 4 to mobilize 1 command vehicle, 2 fire trucks and 25 officers and soldiers to promptly arrive at the scene.
The unit proactively used fire pumps to pump water from surrounding ponds and lakes, supplying water to fire trucks, directly attacking the fire, and at the same time, working with surrounding people to move goods in the warehouse to a safe area.
