Major fire at New York church
A fourth-degree fire engulfed an Orthodox cathedral in New York City, USA, last night, the same day believers celebrated Easter.

The New York Post reported that a fire broke out at Saint Sava Church in Manhattan at nearly 7 p.m.
At least 170 firefighters were on the scene to contain the blaze. White smoke billowed into the air. Parts of the church’s roof collapsed.
No one was injured.
Saint Sava Cathedral was built in the early 1850s. The fire broke out on the day Orthodox believers around the world celebrated Easter.
PriestDjokan Majstorovic said he felt like he was "in a nightmare" as he tried to reach the scene, which was cordoned off by firefighters.
