Chelsea 4-1 Hull City: Giroud scores, The Blues advance to FA Cup quarter-finals
Chelsea opened their FA Cup fifth round campaign for Premier League representatives in a very satisfactory way with a 4-star victory over Hull.

Perhaps no matter how confident they were, Antonio Conte and his team did not think they would win so easily. In the first half, the fate of the match was decided when the home team played brilliantly and scored 4 goals against their poor opponents.

Willian was the brightest star when he scored a double, and also opened the score in the 2nd minute. In between the 2 goals of the Brazilian midfielder was a goal by Pedro Rodriguez.
Before the first half ended, what Chelsea fans had been waiting for a long time came. Taking advantage of another new signing Emerson's assist, Olivier Giroud scored his first goal for his new team since moving from Arsenal in the winter transfer window.

In the second half, Hull City pushed up their formation in search of a consolation goal. However, against Chelsea's well-organized defense, the Tigers could not penetrate Willy Caballero's net once. In the end, Conte's team successfully maintained a 4-0 victory to advance to the FA Cup quarter-finals.
In the remaining match early this morning, Leicester also made the Premier League proud when they took full advantage of their home field to win 1-0 against Sheffield United. The Foxes' decisive goal was scored by Jamie Vardy in the 66th minute.
