From December 29, her family returned to her hometown to celebrate Tet, then went on a trip, so she also registered hotel services for her dog in a VIP room, priced at 500,000 VND per day. Thus, the total cost Ms. Hoa had to pay was 5.2 million VND, including spa fees and food and accommodation for her dog.

Meanwhile, although celebrating Tet in Hanoi, after taking his pet to the spa, Mr. Tuan (Dong Da) still decided to leave his dog at the store's hotel. Because the family's maid was off during Tet, there was no one to take care of the dog. Because he had special needs such as training to improve his physical strength, the hotel room price he had to pay was 6 million VND for 8 days and an additional 1 million VND for daily video clip updates.

At some dog service systems in Hanoi, the days before Tet are quite busy because of the rush of demand for taking pets to the spa. Dog and cat care fees range from 250,000 to 800,000 VND for a full package including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning... For dog and cat bathing services, the price also ranges from 100,000 VND to 650,000 VND depending on the pet's weight.

With the VIP room, your pet will have a closed space like a mini apartment with a place to eat, drink water, toys, and be provided with food, baths, and playtime every day.

The hotel system of this store is also almost full of rooms with different types of pets, big and small. Here, the room rates range from 150,000 to 250,000 VND per day for a regular room (also known as an apartment room), depending on the size. This type of room is mainly made of iron cages, electrostatically painted with full eating and drinking utensils for pets.

Meanwhile, the VIP room costs from 300,000 to 400,000 VND per day. In addition to bowls and utensils, this room also has toys and a toilet. Some stores also have large penthouse rooms, made of wood with 2 floors, with extra beds and mattresses, costing from 450,000 to 500,000 VND per day.

The number of people leaving their dogs and cats at hotels has increased dramatically because many people have to return to their hometowns or travel during Tet and cannot bring their pets along.

The owner of a pet hotel shared that her hotel receives about 20-30 pets every day and currently the number of "guests" has increased to more than 100. The price of a regular room is 150,000 - 350,000 VND, VIP room is 350,000 - 500,000 VND.

According to the store staff, with the above price, pets sent to this hotel will receive services from care, hygiene, bathing, grooming and basic training. If sent within a week, customers can get free or discounted services. Some stores also update video clips for pet owners to follow but pay an additional fee of 200,000 VND per day.

Ms. Dung, who works at a store with a pet hotel, said that there are only two small rooms left. According to her, during Tet, the service price at the store will not increase. Employees in the system will assign a schedule so that there is always someone on duty to take care of the pets.
