(Baonghean.vn) - On the second day of the National High School Exam, at the testing sites, the number of candidates taking the exam has decreased significantly, because the Natural Science subject group (Physics - Chemistry - Biology) is the subject with the least number of registered candidates.

At the Vinh University High School for the Gifted exam site, the number of candidates also decreased from 27 exam rooms to 15 exam rooms, although students in the city often choose block A for university admission.

Because yesterday's exam was quite easy, all candidates were in a relaxed mood when entering the third exam. Candidate Phan Anh Tai - a student at Le Viet Thuat High School said: I registered for the A1 exam group (Math - Physics - English) so this is a very important exam day. I also reminded myself not to be subjective because yesterday after checking the Math answers, I got 2 easy, basic questions wrong.

At the school's examination council, before entering the Natural Science combined exam, the head of the exam center also reminded the invigilators about some procedures during the task. Accordingly, due to the different number of candidates taking the component exams, because some candidates will only take 1 or 2 component exams in the combined exam, there will be a mix-up at the end of the exam.

During the time between each subject, the invigilators are also required to remind the candidates not to move around haphazardly. Candidates who finish the exam first must move to the waiting room at the exam sites, not leaving first like in previous years.

Supervisors are also advised to advise candidates on specific issues such as: If you register to take a combination exam to be considered for high school graduation recognition, you must take all component subjects of that combination exam.

Candidates who register to take both combined exams to be considered for high school graduation recognition must take both exams; if a candidate fails to take one of the two combined exams they registered to take, they will not be considered for high school graduation recognition.

The component subjects in each combined test have the same test code. This is also something candidates need to pay attention to. If they discover that the test codes of their component subjects are different, they must immediately notify the test supervisor for handling.

This year, the Ministry has also revised, upgraded and improved the multiple-choice test scoring software to enhance security and monitoring functions to prevent unauthorized interference.

Accordingly, the candidate's multiple choice answer sheet will be electronically "scanned". After scanning, the multiple choice test will be encrypted, nothing will be visible on the test. If copied to a disk, the data will also be encrypted, and a password is required to decrypt it.

According to the Department of Education and Training, today, in the Natural Science subject, the whole province has 8,248 candidates registered to take the exam. However, the number of candidates taking the component subjects is higher, including 10,051 candidates registering for Physics, 10,216 candidates registering for Chemistry and 9,975 candidates registering for Biology.

The total time for the Natural Science exam is 150 minutes (not including the time between each component exam). From 7:35 am, candidates will start taking the Physics exam. The exam will end at 10:25 am.

This afternoon (June 26), candidates will take the Foreign Language exam.
