In 2015, the total state budget revenue managed by the City Tax Department reached 1,306.5 billion VND, equal to 120% of the ordinance estimate, equal to 120% of the City People's Council estimate. Of which, land use fee revenue reached 310 billion, equal to 102% of the ordinance estimate and the City People's Council estimate. Some high revenue items include: Revenue from the field of construction, services and national defense reached 406.7 billion VND, equal to 98% of the ordinance estimate, up 9% over the same period; Personal Income Tax reached 62.96 billion VND, equal to 143% of the ordinance estimate, up 42% over the same period; registration fee revenue reached 309.3 billion VND, equal to 126% of the ordinance estimate, up 34% over the same period...
Registration fee collection reached 309.3 billion VND, equal to 126% of the legal revenue, up 34% over the same period; Land rent collection reached 28.8 billion VND, equal to 233% of the legal revenue. Land use tax reached 20.4 billion VND, equal to 115% of the legal revenue, 102% of the land use revenue, up 4% over the same period; Fee and charge collection reached 18.6 billion VND, equal to 339% of the legal estimate, up 100% over the same period.
Vinh Tax Department currently manages taxes for 4,388 enterprises and more than 8,000 business households. The economy in 2015 in the country in general and Vinh city in particular has not yet fully recovered, there are still many difficulties in production and business, the budget collection plan is high, requiring the collective of Vinh Tax Department to be determined, make efforts to compete to find new solutions, strictly manage revenue sources, prevent tax losses while still nurturing small revenue sources, but the results the unit has achieved are very important.

Vinh Tax Department has been struggling to find many solutions both short-term and long-term to always overcome challenges, with enthusiasm and responsibility, worthy of the glorious tradition of Nghe An Tax sector. The Department also actively carried out tax refunds, tax audits for businesses, and post-refund audits. Audits were conducted at taxpayers' offices and collected 62,596,488 thousand VND, and administrative fines for tax violations were 18,530,016 thousand VND. Completing 102% of the 2015 plan (590 businesses/580 businesses). The number of businesses completing inspections increased by 113.5% compared to the 2015 plan.
Tax administrative reform is identified by the Department as a very important task to meet the integration requirements. The Department has reviewed and reduced administrative procedures and promoted the implementation of administrative reform according to the one-stop, one-stop mechanism to resolve all taxpayer requests in the fastest and most convenient way. Receive and process tax procedures in accordance with policies, regimes, and within prescribed time limits. Create the most favorable conditions for taxpayers to do business effectively and fulfill their obligations to pay the State budget, minimizing the time to resolve issues related to taxpayers. The Department's leaders have used application software in tax management, standardizing data from distributed applications into the centralized tax management application (TMS). Continue to maintain 100% of enterprises declaring taxes online, direct the good implementation of the electronic tax declaration and payment program, by November 2015, 4,133 enterprises have declared and paid taxes electronically successfully, reaching 95%, by the end of 2015, strive to reach 100% of enterprises declaring and paying taxes electronically.
Currently, all stages of work to support taxpayers in the city have been managed by computer applications. All taxpayers' collection data are monitored and managed on the computer system.
2016 is extremely difficult when the assigned plan is 1,531,213 billion VND. Of which, regular revenue: 1,104,013 billion VND; land use fee revenue is 427.2 billion VND, striving to increase 8 - 10% compared to the estimate.
