The Department of Archives and Records Management held a professional training course in 2015.

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the 2015 work program, on the morning of September 16th in Vinh City, the Nghe An Provincial Archives and Records Management Department organized a training conference on archives and records management.

The training course was attended by 170 participants, including leaders of offices and administrative departments, civil servants and officials from provincial-level state agencies; leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs, specialists in the Department of Internal Affairs in charge of document management and archiving; and leaders and civil servants of offices and document management/archiving departments in districts and cities.

Over the course of two days, trainees will be introduced to and guided on the content of state management of document and archive work; responsibilities for carrying out tasks related to document and archive work; guidance on creating and submitting files and documents to the agency's archives; guidance on managing outgoing and incoming documents and creating files in a networked environment. Mr. Nguyen Thien An, former Head of the Local Affairs Department - State Archives and Records Administration, guided the trainees through the specialized topics.

Based on the training content, the trainees raised questions and real-life scenarios for the Head of the Archives and Records Management Department and the presenters to exchange, discuss, and answer the trainees' questions. Through the training course, the trainees gained a better understanding of the work being done and updated their knowledge on archives and records management, contributing to the successful fulfillment of their assigned tasks.
