1. Prime Minister's Directive on price stabilization and ensuring social security during Tet

2. Join hands to care for the elderly in difficult circumstances

6. Innovation in teaching and learning foreign languages ​​in the national education system

The project aims to innovate foreign language teaching and learning in the national education system; continue to implement new foreign language teaching and learning programs at all levels and training levels, improve foreign language proficiency to meet learning and working needs; enhance the competitiveness of human resources in the integration period, contributing to the cause of national construction and development; create a foundation for universalizing foreign languages ​​for general education by 2025.

To achieve the above goals, in the coming time, relevant ministries and branches will issue and implement foreign language teaching and learning programs and materials; innovate testing and assessment in foreign language teaching and learning towards international standards, enhance the country's foreign language testing capacity; develop a team of foreign language teachers and lecturers with sufficient quantity and quality assurance; promote the application of information technology, and improve conditions for foreign language teaching and learning.

7. Boats carrying more people than the number of people will be fined up to 80 million VND.

This is a new regulation in Decree No. 142/2017/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the maritime sector.

The fine for each administrative violation prescribed in this Decree is the fine applicable to individuals; in case of the same administrative violation, the fine for an organization is twice the fine for an individual.

8. Effective implementation of child protection measures
